Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

United States

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

International

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, typically 7–21 business days after dispatch. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs office. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're unable to predict or cover these charges.

Tracking

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated after several days, or your package appears lost, email us at hello@mementomatcha.com and we'll help.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to cover reshipping costs for orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
